The ZSW series vibrating feeder incorporates advanced foreign technologies and is widely used in metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemicals, and abrasives industries. It efficiently handles crushed materials including river pebbles, granite, basalt, quartz stone, iron ore, diabase, limestone, calcite, dolomite, barite, talc, gypsum, bentonite, and more.

The ZSW feeder utilizes an inertia-type dual eccentric shaft exciter to generate directional vibration forces. A pair of gears with a 1:1 ratio ensures opposite rotation directions at equal speeds. Driven by an electric motor, the eccentric shafts produce inertia forces that cancel in one direction and combine in another, creating composite directional vibration. This forces the feeder trough to vibrate on supporting springs, causing materials to slide and be thrown forward. When materials pass through trough baffles, smaller particles fall through gaps for pre-screening, enhancing crushing efficiency and capacity.
