The Sand Washing Recycling and Dewatering Machine integrates water washing, fine sand dewatering, and recovery functions into a single, efficient unit. This comprehensive solution is also known as a sand washing and recycling unit, fine sand recovery and dewatering integrated machine, or mud-sand water washing separation equipment.
This innovative machine combines the fine sand recovery machine with the sand washer, offering a compact design and cost-effective solution compared to purchasing two separate units.
Working Principle
The sand-water mixture enters the cleaning tank where the impeller separator separates components. Material then moves to the lower dewatering screen for processing. Overflow water containing fine sand, mud, dust, and impurities is pumped by a vacuum high-pressure pump to a high-pressure separator. Concentrated fine sand is discharged through the sand settling nozzle onto the dewatering screen's upper layer, while waste materials are discharged through the overflow outlet.
The wheel sand washer operates by using a rotating impeller to create friction and agitation, effectively scrubbing and cleaning materials while separating impurities from sand or crushed ores.

This integrated machine is divided into sand washing and fine sand recovery sections. The sand washing section performs washing, dewatering, and desliming functions similar to standard wheel-type sand washers. The recovery section can be customized to meet specific customer requirements, with options for standard fine sand recovery or dewatering-type fine sand recovery systems.
