Working Principle
The sand-water mixture enters the cleaning tank where the impeller separator separates components. It then proceeds to the lower dewatering screen for dewatering. Overflow water containing fine sand, mud, dust, and impurities is pumped by a vacuum high-pressure pump to a high-pressure separator. The concentrated fine sand is discharged through the sand settling nozzle onto the dewatering screen, while waste water and impurities are discharged through the overflow outlet.
The wheel sand washer operates by using a rotating impeller to scrub and clean materials through friction and agitation, effectively separating impurities and contaminants from sand or crushed ores.
