Product Overview
The ZSW2060 High Productivity Electric Vibrating Feeder delivers exceptional performance with a capacity range of 800-1500 tons per hour. This electricity-powered feeder incorporates advanced foreign technologies and features a built-in pre-screening effect for optimal material processing.

Designed for heavy-duty applications in metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemicals, and abrasives industries. Ideal for feeding crushed materials including river pebbles, granite, basalt, quartz stone, iron ore, diabase, limestone, calcite, dolomite, barite, talc, gypsum, bentonite, and more.

Working Principle
The ZSW feeder utilizes an inertia-type dual eccentric shaft exciter to generate directional vibration forces. A precisely matched gear system ensures opposite rotation directions with equal speeds. The resulting composite directional vibration force causes the feeder trough to vibrate on supporting springs, enabling materials to slide and be thrown forward along the trough. The integrated baffle system allows smaller materials to pass through for direct processing, providing effective pre-screening and optimizing crushing efficiency.
